Delivery

If you place your order by 1.00pm Monday – Friday we will despatch your order the same day.

We’ll send your Safehooks by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, but you can choose Royal Mail Signed For 1^st class post if you need your hooks more urgently.

We offer free standard delivery on orders over £50 ex VAT or £60 incl VAT

The cost of standard Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery is £2.99 ex VAT or £3.59 incl VAT

The cost of Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class delivery is £5.99 ex VAT or £7.19 incl VAT

Cancellation and Returns

If you are a consumer:

We hope you love your Safehooks but if something is wrong, please contact us and we will do our best to put things right. You have 14 working days to cancel your order if you change your mind.

To cancel an order before you have received the goods, please e-mail us as soon as possible after you have completed your transaction at support@safehook.online quoting your order number.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days.

If the products have already been delivered to you, please return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable. Please email us at support@safehook.online quoting your order number to let us know that you want to make a return. Unless the products are faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

If you want to return the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, please email us at support@safehook.online quoting your order number. We will either offer you a replacement product or refund the price in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
